Height Increasing Exercises : There are many physical activates that help in the growth of body like aerobics, swimming, football, basketball, cricket, tennis, or stretching exercises. Some popular exercises  for increasing the height as follows:

Hanging Exercise: This exercise is popular to increase  person’s height by one to two inches. Take a horizontal rod and fixed it at high place .so, that you can hang on it’s enough so that you can hang on it by holding and your body fully extend. If your body cannot fully extend, then you can bend your knees until you hang freely. You should repeat exercise a minimum three times for at least 20-30 second.

Swimming: if you want to be taller. so, should learn the swimming. In week at least five to six hour, start doing swimming. When you start doing your body ,leg, and arms to the fullest, they’re help to increase muscle strength, which will lengthen your limbs within week.

Pelvic Shift: this is favorite and common exercise among gym. It is simple exercise, Lie on your back with your shoulders and arms placed firmly on the ground after that you can bend your knees. And try to bring your feet as much as possible near to your buttock. Remind these steps and repeat it for about 20-40 second and try to increase it upto 60 seconds.

Adhomukha Savasan:- This Addhomukha savasan is also known as downward facing dog. This asana increase your blood flow to your neck and face.
Trikonasana: Trikonasan asana helps in improving your balance. This yoga exercise known as triangle pose.

Drink plenty of fresh water throughout the day because with the drinking of water improve your digestion and cleanse the body.
Drink at least 2 liter of water in a day.
Take 2 glasses of water on empty stomach in the morning.
